1. Custom Designs & Orders

• All custom-made engagement rings and jewellery pieces are crafted based on the specifications provided by the customer.
• Once a custom design is approved and production begins, no major structural changes can be made.
• We ensure that all center stones and settings match the quality and description agreed upon at the time of purchase.

2. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in the international market rates of gold, platinum, and precious gemstones.
• A minimum deposit is required for all custom orders to initiate the crafting process. The remaining balance must be cleared before delivery.

3. Gemstone & Diamond Authenticity

• We guarantee the authenticity of our gemstones and diamonds. Certificates from reputable labs (where applicable) will be provided with the purchase.
• Natural inclusions are a characteristic of many gemstones and are not considered defects.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide. While we strive to meet these timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
• All shipments are fully insured until they reach the customer’s provided address.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of bespoke jewellery, custom-designed rings and engraved items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
• Standard Items: Returns or exchanges for non-custom items are accepted within [Insert Number, e.g., 7] days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

6. Warranty & Repairs

• We offer a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss of stones due to negligence.
• Any third-party alterations or repairs performed on our jewellery will void the warranty.
